T’was the week before Christmas ……..

…and all thru the land, everyone was e-shopping…..

I called my Mom this morning. I could tell she was really glad to hear from me. Makes me happy to hear the gladness (joy?) in her voice.

Today marks 8 days before Christmas Eve, 9 days before the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the reason for the season. These days tho, i think the Credit Card is the reason for the season.

I remember when i was a kid Mom and Dad always made sure that us kids had a very wonderful Christmas.

I remember singing Christmas Carols in Church, and the annual Christmas Pagaent. Everybody had a part, and everyone had fun.

THIS YEAR, I plan on having fun no matter what’s going on. I plan to volunteer wherever I can, and help out whomever I can.
